Default Willow Springs Redline Event

Just got back from willow springs today. Probably the most fun I have ever had with my R. I am officially hooked! I got about 2.5 hours of track time and numerous ride-alongs. SurferX and I were mixing it up pretty good the last time around~ Now I gotta get me a helmet and some safety gear for my car!!!! I love my R!!!!

May I ask what tires you were using?

They are hosting an event almost every month this year so hopefully you can come next time and give me some instruction. Unfortunately there were no transponders used so we just went out for fun. Im running falken azenis 205-50-15's on Apex N1's. If you do get the chance to go, ask Jeremy(instructor) for a ride in his crx. Sick little car+skill=now my girlfriend wants a miata to start doing HPDE's.

PS. Anyone have an autopower 4 pt for integra they want to unload???

That was easily the most fun I have had in a long *** time. Definitely I am hooked and likely will be going again in March. I was running Potenza RE730s and those things were chewed to hell at the end of the day haha.

Lots of track time, could have probably gotten 3 hours track time total since they opened it up for the last hour when there was barely anyone left. But my tires were way overheated and looked like mush so I was done after 2 hours or so.

One thing that did last though was my Axxis Ultimate front brake pads and ATE Super Blue brake fluid, no brake fade the whole day. A definite for those two products especially considering how streetable the Ultimate pads are.

Here's a couple pics though (copy and paste link for full size)
