my civic makes an awful noise when it rains the front right area vibrates and grunts. i brought it to the shop 4 times and still nothing. i need something so i can try to figure it out. any ideas or comments. the car is bone stock nothing done to it. does hondas tech need to completly disassemble that area and check every thing or what???????????????
