Alright so I just got into an accident that messed up my entire front end. The accident wasn't my fault, so I don't need to worry about that. But my question is what kind of options do I have?

The car was a '00 civic that was totally stock cosmetic wise. Does Honda charge alot for their OEM parts? Can I use the money my insurance will give me to buy some kind of different aftermarket parts instead? Thanks guys.

yes, oem parts are very expensive. make sure the quote is for using OEM parts, and have your insurance company pay you from the quote, then use the money for whatever you please
