need help: still pinging
i was wondering if anyone has any ideas, i got an integra b18b1 with a td04 a 10:1 fmu and 330cc injectors and doulble headgasket (stock ones) and i'm running 10 psi, but i can not get rid of detenation, anyone have any ideas?

I'm not the king of turbo, but i would think you had a lot of options.
1) you could lower the boost
2) you could get bigger injectors
3) you could get some sort of "real engine management"(ie smc afc...)
4) you could get real engine management(ie zdyne, hondata...)this is of course the best route, but i guess in any case you should get bigger injectors.
just my common sense thoughts. hope they help and good luck

my list of mods:
tdo4/10:1 fmu/255 fuel pump/stock probe turbo injectors (supossely 330cc)/double headgasket/and timing is set at stock (16btc) only running 10psi/ngk plugs (colder) but i can't get rid of the pinging at about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle

i already got a fuel pump there is no need for an inline one, it can't pull anymore than the one thats in there anyways. I got an intercooler i should put it on and see if that works. Thanks for the info
what's the highest psi your 255 pump is rated for? you're asking 100 psi + base psi from that pump, maybe it's not providing? high psi inline pump
i would also try retarding base timing as stated by someone. are u sure your not missing instead of pingin? (not tryin to dis u or anyting)

i'm not sure of the psi for the fuel pump its a 255 from a mustang, i'll have to check on that, i retarded the timing a couple of degress, but it still pings, i got an air/fuel gauge at idle it bounces back between lean and rich, once i hit boost its rich, so everything is working. thanks for the help
