idk man, 1.3L but they have SiR bumper lights, I smell a B16A

 

nope they are purely 1.3L mods to 4barrel carbs...

in indo the bumper got dat kind already..

 

Got any pics underhood? That seems pretty fast for low-mid 14s on 1.3L SOHC carbd. And why is the headlight out? That's where a Cold air intake sits on a non carbd Civic. Or is it just simply there to provide air? That's understandable too.
