The first 2 min I start my car, while it's cold, it stalls. I think it's the transmission. It only happens after I come to a stop. Primarily a rolling stop. The car jerks in the same situation when it's warmer. I took it to honda care, and they changed the idle program. But it still does it. Any advise?

Just a possibility...I believe there was an ignition switch recall for that year. It caused random stalling I believe...
