my hatch is leaking, any advice?

Default my hatch is leaking, any advice?

angelo, don, anyone, its driving me crazy, my rear hatch is leaking, its comming from the right strut, where i meets the hatch. i cant find where its leaking, if anyone has any info of what to look for let me know, thanx

Umm... one thing you could do is take a piece of paper, draw a line in pen on it, and then tape it right below where you think it's leaking... then when you drive in the rain, the leak will blur the line below where the leak is. Just a thought.

Other than that, I think it's probably your weatherstripping that needs replacing.

thanx all. except you crux. haha well it dosent start leaking untill i start to drive, and it dosent elak all the time,

Hey!!! i think i know your problem. Theres about a 99% chance that your rear window washer nozzle is the problem. Try to wiggle it, and see if it is loose. If it is, its held in with clips so you should be able to remove it with a credit card or something. Then just put some clear silicone sealant on it, and pop it back into place. If thats not it, i'm all out of ideas.
