Default Kitty Hair?

I need the latch on my hood fixed and a shop said I should buy some "Kitty Hair".
Some sort of fiberglass product. I went to ricers-R-us..eerrrr pep boys and they looked at me like I was some sort of pervert. Anyone know this stuff or used it before?

I've never heard of "kitty hair". But I could get you some of the real thing as soon as I get home.

never heard it been called that, its basically a fiberglass bondo type gooey mess that has fine threads of hair in it, just ask for that

I've heard of it. Ask your local body shop, they should know how to help you. It's a mixture of fiberglass and something else. I forgot what, but it is supposed to be stronger than fiberglass.

It's an easy way of fixing rust holes because it can bridge gaps.

I belive the stuff is called Tiger hair it's made by the same company that makes bondo..i used it on my old car

No Sir...got it right here. Kitty Hair by EverCoat. I guess one company is playing off the others name. Its got a cat on the front with some gold teeth *bling bling y0*. Thanks for the help anyway guys.
