What form to send NASA
What form is needed to send NASA with your provional log book to get your competion licence?
did a search using the following...

search resulted in nothing....

Did you go to the National page ( www.nasaproracing.com )? National is the place to go to get info on licensing. They handle all of that there. Things really useful on that page on the rules, forms, calendar & reg. pulldowns.

It works.
I've found that if you left click on the "Forms" link rather than just doing a mouse-over you will get a few more options, incl. the comp. license form listed above.
