This is what I use when I design the paint schemes for the CRX racecars. Just print out a lot of them and doodle until you come up with something you like. I took it out of the factory shop manual. You didn't say why you wanted it but I hope it helps.

They even have outlines of the first gen SI hatch. Enjoy! Took me a while to discover this site. I love to print out the outlines and design my own EG. I would love someone to photoshop some nice rims into the EG one.
