d15 head better on a d16 block?

d15 head better on a d16 block?
recently the idea of a d15 head over a d16 block would imporve power/ compression, such as a b16 head on a b18c block, or gsr head one an ls block, if u know any thing about this please inform me.

D15 head is the same as a D16 head, only differences is D16 has a more aggressive cam. So you theory is not correct, it would suck.
