Default ecu's (p28)

i know this may sound REALLY dumb, but im not up on eproms and chipping, so do they have a p28 for an f23a1 (sohc)? how hard are they to put in, etc. any info (links) would be nice.

P28 are from B16 engines...
most likely find one in the junk yard for $200 or so...

The only thing good about this ecu is that theres no knock sensor and doesnt look for EGR

i dont know if they have one for the f23 but i've seen programs for the f22 on ebay from time to time. with the p28 just get it socketed and it should run just about any chip you put in there so if you can find the accord chips plug it in and it should run fine on the f23.

you can get a chipped p28 on ebay pretty easy..just search "honda ecu -chip" and it will filter out all the chips and take you to just the auctions with ecus in them.
