Default 2nd Gen Eclipse turbo in a 6th Gen Accord?

I know, I know. You're all going to say "wrong forum." Problem is I already tried the Forced Induction section, and got no replies, just a hand full of views. And considering how busy the Forced Induction section is, and that my post is already on the second page, I decided to post here. Here is what I posted earlier.

Can this be done? Recently, I came across a web page, which said that an employee for SpeedCraft was able to put a 2G Eclipse turbo, and Conquest intercooler into a 1994 Accord. Here's the article. http://www.speed-craft.com/Speedgall...d/accord1.html

It's way too small for any serious use. Look for a T3 off of a Ford T-Bird turbo (manual transmission models only, autos got a crappy turbo).

It can be done on the F series SOHC engine. The bolt holes dont exactly line up but you can use the manifold from either the first or second gen eclipse and line it up with a gasket, drill and you have a turbo manifold. The problem i see is with the front engine mount and exhaust. Other than that, it'll fit.

Oh, before I forget, it will not work on any of the cars after 94. The exhaust ports WILL NOT line up at all, it was just a freak coincidence that the F22A/H23A/F22B (DOHC) happened to line up right.

This guy, TeamElusive used these for his DSM/Honda motor. Might wanna ask him some questions about it.

Thanks for all of your help. By the way, I just checked DSMTuners for prices on new turbos. This is what I was able to find. Mitsubishi Turbos: Small 16G - $600; Big 16G - $650; 18G - $800; 20G - $1000. Garrett Turbos: T3/T4 Series - $700; Big28 - $750; T28 - $900; Big T28 - $1000. I have no clue what will fit, and what won't. Hopefully, my recent PM to TeamElusive will prove beneficial.
