It's not a 4th gen Civic, but if you look about 5 posts down in this forum at "Hicklins car" you'll find a sweet white Integra with red/polished lip wheels. It's looks very nice

here is a pic of my car when i had red rims on it. now they are steel grey, and yeah the front looks higher because there was no engine in it at the time.
