prime garage makes some crazy cars....... They have a video called "How to make a FF into a GT-R killer".
Interesting Header. I thought for sure it was a turbo mani, too.

Insane, I wonder how well that intake manifold setup works. That is alot of warm air. I think that would work great on the DC5s though!

Thats the car. I remember the blue valve cover. That car got negative reviews, because it had very little power below 7k rpms. It did make like 270 whp though.

the owner of that car was a poser, he said that he didn't car about how big the header was as long as it looked good. These headers usually are meant to be used without an exhaust system connected to it, it goes right out the side. The one in that car is made by Prime Garage. That design is supposed to be good actually when used with no exhaust system, I don't have first hand experience on it though.
I doubt that they ever use WHP on any of the best motoring videos, even the 1.3 liter city in the 10k rpm race had 160, thats too good to be true if its whp. They don't say wheel horse power in the video, just horsepower.
And that type R did not get the best times at all, the EF9 with stock ITR motor in it did about 1:12 the integra got 1:09, the prelude rated at 270 hp got about 1:06 and the AE86 with untuned suspension got I 1:07 or so.
