looks alright to me. maybe if you misted a few layers it would have a rough texture on it like stock.

maybe some mild liquid rubbing compound might take out some of the slight imperfections.

Looks pretty good though.

Get VHT Wrinkle Paint in red. It is almost a perfect match to Honda's red valve cover paint and the finish is identical as well. I mean, that doesn't look too bad, but I agree it would have been better...

wet sand it with 600 grit sandpaper. and then spray another coat on it. That will help clean it up some.

Where can I find VHT Wrinkle Paint? I have looked for it at my auto parts stores and have never seen it...

Summit Racing has the Wrinkle paint, but I got tired of my shitty *** paint jobs on my valve cover, so I just took aircraft stripper to it, and got it down to bare metal, and now am going to polish it.
