I was on Top Fuel site and saw something called an AIR SURGE TANK. I tried doing a search here for more info, but got nothing. Does anyone know what it is and what it does. It was listed under Intake parts.

 

it's probably an intake system similar to the J's Racing piece...huge intake piping.

 

Here is a link to the site with the picture of it. It is shaped like a fuel rail kinda, but I can't tell how big or small it is. I wonder what it does.
