Default Replacing cv shaft.?

hey guys, well i bought a remanufactured cv shaft, and im going to be putting it on my self, any tips or things i should watch out for when doing so, i will be using a lift so, let me know.

Are you talking about the axle? If so here is a thread that has all you need.

make sure you don't ruin the rings and make sure it's in all the way.

Which side are you replacing? Driver side does not require the tranny fluid drained, but you do have to drain the tranny to replace the passenger side axle.
