which one should i go for skunk or crower

 

I would go w/skunk..

The price sucks, but I haven't heard w/the breakage issues w/those as I have in Crowers..

Mind you, the Breakage I have only seen/heard of in B-series motors.

the crower cams are known to break, ala break*age.

 

dude don't spread misinformation. Everyone has heard someone broke some cams....I could give you a thread of someone that busted Skunk2 cams. Unless you have personal experience I wouldn't open your mouth, as it's often the installers fault. Crower Stage3 cams have been in my head for 2 years now....

 

yeah i've heard of jun cams breaking too before, so anything's possible. i just got my crower 404s for my ls and waiting for my valvetrain parts. i got crower cams cuz there aren't that many cams out there for an LS, i've just heard of crower and crane cams. but do something different and try something new. go for crower!

 

My skunk 2 exhaust cam broke at the cam gear within the first 2 weeks I had it, but I still have skunk 2 cams. They were just a pain in the butt to get skunk 2 to realize it wasn't my fault it broke. I don't know about Crower, but Good luck.

 

I've had crower 2's for a year now and am very happy w them...my car make's over 200whp w them...

I actually tested this theory. I created a fake name on one board and posted that I HEARD a BMW 323 with a chip only gained 1 HP..when the company claimed to give over 10WHP. People started making claims that the chip only made 1 WHP. Sad....VERY sad!!
I wish more people would post their own personal experiences and not "what they HEARD".

Joel, I have personally seen 2 sets of B-series cams break..I know you have had Crower Stage 3's for eternity..I asked you for advice when I was looking @ cams..shortly after that, my friends crowers broke.

Notice in my post I informed him I had only seen it in B-series motors.
