I just received this one in the mail on Tuesday. http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/SK-74151.html Says free shipping on the first order but somehow they charged me $6.95 as a "Freight charge". 
Plan to call them tomorrow and ask about it. Anywho, feels like a nice torque wrench for the price. I too searched H-T and found some good info. Thanks to Warren for his input from an old post. I have yet to try it out yet though.

Husky is good; lifetime warrenty; I like their tools a lot.
