Default Cobalt Friction.

Ok I'm posting this because I'm that pleased with Cobalt Friction's customer service. I called them the other day to order a few bottles of brake fluid. During the phone call I also talked to them about pad selection.

Well its only been 2 days and my fluid is already in. Enclosed in the box was also a personalized letter regarding my interest in pad selection for my Integra Type-R and also a brochure for Axis Ultimate pads, which is one of the brands we talked about on the phone. This is what I call true customer service and I now know who will be getting all of my brake related business.

Cobalt Friction gets and a few for good measure.

I talked with Andie (I think it was Andie) on the phone some time ago and he was MORE than helpful with his suggestions.

A+ For Customer Service in my book.

Now to get some warm weather to install my parts and get some new brake pads.

Andie is great...more than helpful in all areas of my braking system...even on clutch fluid selection.

I just wish that shops will some day practice the same amount of customer service. We need more companies like Cobalt in this industry.

The scary thing is that Andie seems to be able to treat everybody like that.

I don't think he sleeps at all.

Cobalt is plastered on my car, why, because they deserve to be.. Other companies offered sponsorships, but I WANTED Cobalt to be mine.. to Andie.. (who will be at VIR for the Enduro by the way this weekend)

I have to say Andie is very helpful on the phone and on IM, and he's always on here the same time as me which is odd since we are in different timezones. Andie gets from me, I can't wait to try out his new pads when I get them next month.

Expo Sponsors rule! We pciked only the best and Cobalt was the first to stand up and Help.

Even bought brakes for my brother's GSR the other day and get the exact same service.
