are the front and rear pumps interchangable? i'm pretty sure they are, just wanted a little affirmation before i do it. front went out, never use the rear, so until i can order a new one thought i'd give it a whirl.

edit: just checked on carland, and they show 2 REALLY different prices for the pumps....rear is much more expensive. anyone know about this at all?

Any chance you could find a used one at a junkyard? There's got to be several available no matter where you are.

not after 5 p.m.

this is something that's needed tonite.....there's all kinds of crap being tossed on my windshield from the f'in suv's around here, and i can't keep stopping every 5 blocks for a gas station to squeegee.
