Are the seats fully adjustables? After hearing how good of a price I maybe able to acquire the Si i am think about selling the Integra & getting my own ep3. It is growning on my like many other. All i am asking is just to like the pros & cons from your experience with your purchase.
Thanx

I love the car so far and I have had no problems. It shifts great, although when "vtec kicks in" it sounds like someone is farting or something. You can still get '02s for very cheap right now and there are very minor differences between it and an '03. Seats are fully adjustable, and are very comfortable. Just go take it for a test drive and you will see.
not sure what type of DC you have but if it's a good one (OBDI GSR or Hype R) then keep the teg. Unless your willing to mod the EP AND find a cheap one (sub mid 15's) you'll most likely regret the purchase. IMHO
they are under powered/braked, over weight and the cable shifter is the pits. On a higher note, this car and the K motors ARE the future of HONDA so look forward to lots of parts swapping and mods from the OEM parts dept...

Being faithful to the civic line, I originally was going to get the EP....then I test drove it and ended up buying my RSX-S. Here's my impressions.
Exterior:
OK. Can live with it...definately needs rims/tires and probably the CTR conversion, but not necessary.
Interior:
Good amount of room for front and rear passengers (You don't need JDM passangers for the back seats like you do in the RSX.)
Very nice front seats...nice layout. I could live with the shifter, it actually felt right after a few drives in it.
Suspension:
ehh...nothing to right home about, but not bad
Engine:
No offense to any owners of EP3s or base RSXs, but the motor killed it for me. This thing has nothing! The only thing good about the EP3s motor is that you can put in a JDM K20A or even a USDM K20A2. Don't let me start on the lameness of the head and the VTEC system on this car.
I figured that I could've bought the car for around low 14's to low 15s, they are practically given them away. But I would have had to spend 6,000 on a JDM K20A. (They weigh about the same, so it's not like you're putting the motor in alighter car, as was the case with B series motors) Therefore, I just bought the RSX-S and love it. If you can live with the motor, and/or don't have that much money,,go for it. I would just keep your DC or look for a used RSX-S. I've actually seen a few on lots and in the paper.

there is no v-tec.. haha
j/k , unlike the b-series or type-s (rsx)
it doesn't engage into a different cam profile
think of it like the HX v-tec... something like that...
i could be wong ..

i test drove the ep3 and dc5. my suggestion is dont buy the ep3 if u dotn get it cheap cuz its not worth 19k while the dc5 is so much better at 24k. i have a chance to get it at 22k out the door.
the ep3 has power but still kinda of weak for the price they are asking for. but if u can get 16k out the door vs dc5 for 24k then its
