Default H&R Race Spring Rates.

Ok, I just installed these in my civic, and I have been searching high and low to find out what the spring rates are for an EG. If anyone know's lemme know... also, if anyone know's where I can email someone TO findout let me know. I wanna put an end to me not knowing!

Thanks

Scott

they are like 459 front and rear is 259 progressive rates. I have a set and am wanting to go to something stiffer in the back.
