Default ITR AEM Intake

searched n my ? was not answered. Anyone know if the short ram intake for the ITR can fit on my GSR engine. If not what sort of modifications am I looking at. I will also be installing a JRSC in the future will i need to make modifications to make the intake fit on it also? thanks

no....thats it.

ITR intake will NOT fit stock gsr IM.

You will need the type R intake for the JRSC tho.

you'd need intake manifold like the ITR's

why do u need itr cai w/ jrsc? anyway, if you get a skunk2 manifold you can use itr aem intake.

i want to use the ITR AEM short ram intake not intake manifold....can you tell me why i cant use it...is it because the pipe will hit my coolant resovoir tank or something or is it because the TB is in a diffrent position???

neither. its because the piping diameter for the itr aem is too big.

to big for the TB? i have a 64mm from JG n im sure there are silicon connectors to fix it if it is still to big...thanks for the input though...ill try to go to a motor shop this weekend and ask them. Basically im looking for a street legal 3" diameter short ram intake. If the the AEM CAI ITR will fit ill just cut it in half

yes you can put it in, but the intake is gonna be facing upward and hitting the hood. it will work, but the fitment is gonna be very awkward.

With Stock GS-R intake manifold, the ITR Intake wouldn't fit right. If you got a ITR or a Skunk2 Intake Manifold, then ANY ITR Intake will fit.
