There is no black and white answer, it's all by degree. You have to define what's "worth it." Try asking differently, like, "will I get X horsepower by doing this," where X is the minimum *you* think makes it worth it.

will porting the intake maniflod help the head flow better? what kind of hp can i expect to gain? are the hp gains worth the work of porting the intake manifold? or am i better off leaving it stock?

well, seeing as how the stock IM flows the same as it did stock and yet the head flows better you might even have hurt your performance by not porting the IM. as the air enters the head the ported/larger airways in the head it will actually slow down because you can't really pull in enough air to keep the velocity up with the bottleneck the stock IM presents. that is only true though if the stock IM doesn't already outflow the stock head though. do you also have a larger bore TB? you'll need on eof those to further utilize your greater flowing topend.

just port it! you will see gains! i don't know how much you will but they will be there. it is the only low flow part of your induction so the rest of your intake modification is severely rendered ineffective. it can't be THAT expensive, just a little labor intensive when removing and replacing the IM. do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it do it!
