Default Looking into 92-95 Civic Coupes.

I am looking into the Canadian Si model which is the EX in the States. I would like to make sure I am making the right move so I have a few questions. If you would like to help me please try to answer any of the following:

1. Do the 92-95 all have the same engine? D16Z6 VTEC?

2. Do any come with a black interior from the factory?

3. Is there any difference in the interior options and exterior styling?\

Thanks

93-95 Coupes.

not all coupes come with the d16z6. the ex (or canadian si) come with the d16z6.

the only other coupe in that year, the DX comes with the D15 non vtec.

as for interior options, they offer them in black interior, and tan interior. I stayed away from the tan interior for obvious reasons, so I chose the black.

hope that helps.

1: no coupe in 92, just 93-95, the EX (SI) had the Vtec D16z6, the DX (EX?) had a d15POS
2: in america there is a 'charcoal (dark, almost black grey) and tan, which came in white cars, but in canada color options might be different.

3: the EX (SI) has tweeters, power windows, locks, sunroof. also came with a front lip that you probably wont find on a used one because they get torn off alot. i had to put one on my used civic, and in under a year its already been unbolted cuz ive curb-checked the front end a few times.

Thanks for the help so far! So I am looking at:

93-95 Civic Coupe with a D16Z6 1.6L VTEC Engine

Did all of these come with standard with a sunroof/moonroof? If they don't, was it an option and was it power?

I have ruled out 93's because they didn't come with the side airbags and the kilometres scare me a bit. I am left with a choice between either a 94 or a 95. Do you guys know of any myths or stories about 94 or 95 being a bad year? Which would you take over the over and why? I have been looking at the prices and they all are within $500 dollars of each other. Would it be better to just go with a 95 because it is newer?

If you are looking for the Coupe with D16Z6, it's the Canadian Si or the USDM EX.

The EX has electric EVERYTHING and nothing is manual. The only thing that may be manual would be the tranny, and that's a good thing

93 did come with the passenger airbag.
It was an option, even if I find one that has the option I still do not want to get too old because of the kilometres and the reliability.
