So after doin some bargain huntin for some kumho ecsta supras... i found that tire rack had the best price... but would charge for shippin.. and then i'd have to pay someone to mount n balance.. so after going to one america's tire location and having none in stock and $17/tire for mount & balance... i went to the moreno valley america's tire and got incredible service. They matched the price of tire rack and charged me $15/tire for mount & lifetime balance and their usual free flat repair.

Plus the guys were hella nice not like the moron ********* at the riverside one near the mall that tried to twist his words as if i was gettin a better deal there at their regular prices.. which was outrageous.

THEN well one of my rear tires(which i wasn't replacing.) had a tendency to lose air, and they found a hole in the sidewall that could not be repaired they said.. but i didnt get their road hazard warranty last time when i bought it which would have allowed them to replace that tire with a new one for free. After some talking... the manager there was cool enough to say hey.. i'll let you pay $20 for the warranty and balancing of that tire now, and i'll replace it for you with a brand new one!!

So i got two new front tires at a great price, plus a third replaced for only $20!!! If that isn't service i don't know what is.

 

yeah my friend works at the discount tire here in IL... all the guys are pretty cool

i always go in the bay and talk w/ the workers when i bring my car in there, plus they price match...and are pretty friendly. for discount.

 

yeah..they do have some cool guys..in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley CA...But in Fullerton They were a bunch or F@CK!N ******!!! MOTHA F@CK!N BASTARDS!!!

yea like i said.. the sales guys at the riverside one weren't as cool, you could tell he kinda wanted to give me the run around and not match the price... but the guys actually workin on the tires were pretty cool there....

But like i said in moreno valley, the place was way more cleaner and more organized and all the workers were cool as ****.

Sounds good. by any chance do they also sell rims ? I live around there too and I'm thinking about getting rims. I guess i'm just too lazy to go find the shop and talk to the guys

 

yeah americas tire gets from me i just got some Free Yoks from em...with 100 or so miles on em..to put on my new 95 Gsrs....

They do sell rims, but i wouldn't go there for rims seriously. Look elsewhere you'll find better selection and better price... but for tires.. they were way cool

 

Ditto that. I have a buddy that works for America's Tire by me and I've bougt 3 sets oif tires from him in the last year. The do price matching and the guys are always very good with handling my wheels. Plus I like knowing they have locations everywhere should I need a flat fixed or tire replaced.

americas tire sell kumhos?? hm....

 

yup they got the kumhos.. if they don't have it in stock, they can order them or pick them up from other local locations if they have them their. The location that i went to was hella big so they had a large 2 level warehouse looking back section of their shop that was used for purely tire stock.

 

Yupp, they can order pretty much any tire.

As for my large consumption of tires, 1 set was for the Integra and 2 were for the Jolf. Not that I needed new tires twice for the Jolf, but I'm going on my 9th set of wheels in 3 years.
