Amount of time to change lower control arm?
How long does it take to change a lower control arm if you have all the stuff?
What is all the stuff you need to do it? It was icy out and I hit a curb. Sucks *** wearing my tires down kinda bad.

With all of the tools, it usually takes an hour at most to replace both of them.
all you do is unbolt bolts and remove and replace, that's about it.

If it's the rear LCA's just watch out for the bolts that hold the shock onto the LCA. Those little bastards like to freeze up inside the bushings.
Make sure you spray everything with wd-40 or it's equivalent. Let it soak in for a couple hours too...
Doesn't really take too much time at all. If it is the front LCA's then you will need a pickle fork to get the ball joints loose.
