oil- mobil 1 5w30 right now, 10w30 next change and every change after that.
filter- OEM honda (made in canada). will switch to mobil 1 filter on the next change.
tranny- redline MTL

HAMP filters are the best. ahhhhhhh i got one in my room waiting for spring and 5 on the way to last me the spring/summer

76 oil which is $1.09 a quart, and fram filter. i know it's shitty but can't justify spending so much for synthetic on d16.

Where is BDC when we need him? someone wrote a HUGE article about this. check google. Bottom line is Fram and Hamp are pretty much the same. Same with Pennzoil. OEM Honda filters are not JDM but Canadian. I think they are the same material at Fram, but I may be wrong. Purelator pureONE filters were recommended and STP, Bosch and Mobil 1 are all made by Champion Labs or something like that. They are all OK.
I use "STP" filters..."STP" as in I pay STP price for a mobil 1.
Mobil 1 fully synthetic only. along with 91 octane cuz cali gas is crap.
