Just a question, you arent concerned that it doesnt have an airbag??

I dont mean to sound like a little bitch but seriously they save lives. I guess if this is going into a race car it isnt that bad since you would be at the track. But for a daily driver my opinion is

man airbags save lives but they also take lives. a boy of mine got his jaw dislocated from a air bag. i got knocked unconcious in a wreck. i woke up with burn along my neck and face from it too. so now i'm takin the airbags out of my car cause they aren't worth **** to me.

Little kids should never ride in the front seat for this reason. As for the burns, think of what might of happened if you didnt have an airbag.

car isn't that far, i'm just on the third floor of the building.

as for the airbag, you should see my stock wheel. damn thing got stolen out of my car and wheel got all cut up. i dunno, pple get saved from airbags but pple still die from them too. i guess i'm pretty much relying on my seatbelt now. ok, everyone stay safe now. peace

looks like a momo race...how much did you get it for BTW. as for airbags, i think that it all depends on seating location...how far or close you sit to the wheel. IMO, the airbag is mainly there to protect those who don't buckle up from flying through the windshield. i've been hit with an airbag, and i think that i could have done without it. the impact of the airbag made my jaw really sore, and it knocked the **** outta me, making me kinda woozy for a few minutes.

yup momo race.

yea the e-town meet should be awesome

yea i know some pple who have had bad experiences with airbags and i've heard other stories as well. i mean, it's a damn explosion. also supposedly a less well-known source of dangerous noise for the ears comes from airbags. some airbags when deployed can reach levels up to 170 decibels! which can be well enough to cause hearing impairment.

i got the wheel and hub for 190 shipped

thanks for the comments and compliments all

hey how much was that steering wheel?

this thread is interestin...airbags do save lives..but it can also be bad in cases..burns suck from minor accidents when the airbags deploy...when i lowered my accord, the SRS lights came on and i have no way of turning them off, the alternative is...spending $700 or so to get near airbags, which im not going to do..
