Default Opinion's on Competition Engineering's "Traction System"

A buddy owed me money and I got one of these traction systems instead. It's brand new and complete so I'm debating on whether to run it on my car or sell it...Any info or comments would be appreciated...and are they worthless to use with Street tires at the track? More beneficial with slicks?
FWIW, these would be going on my 300whp(approx) Turbo ITR.

Is this the same or equal to the Z10 bars?

I have no personal experiance with the CE bars but I have been told that the steering radius is terrible on the street.

The Z10 helped my car on street tires. and where even better on slicks.

I put a set on my friends car. They seem really good quality and they are reinforced better than z10's. You can't beat the price as well, I say go for it. The design has been around for a while and they have been making go fast goodies for quite some time now.

Do you drive on the street? Any major issues? I though my Intercooler piping may cause some problems as well.
Thanks
