Default cams

I can get my hands on a crx si cam. If i put it in my d15b7 or b2. Will I see any improvement.

i know you can do that on a dx 92-95 as long as you use the intake, throttle body and ECU but you usually need an adjustable cam gear on them cause theirs a 1/2 tooth diff. so you need the cam gear to compensate for it. with dyno helping "supposidly" you may extract 15-20 hp but i haven't done this myself so you may want to do a little more research...
