Default Guage pod placement

I may be in the wrong forum, hopefully I'm not. For those of you that have gauge pods in your cars, specifically 94 and up integras, how did you get the pillar to stay up there on the door sill type deal? The one I have doesn't have any clips or anything, is it supposed to come with some? Thanks in advance.

If anyone has any pics of the backside of your pillar, please post and explain how you got it up there.
