ECU options for 99 LS

i searched..and yeah all i see is all these obd1 and 2's and p's and blah blah's i went to hondata.com and i dont understand that either..i just wanna know what would be a good ECU upgrade for my ls that would also be worth it...i have exhaust, headers, pulleys, CAI...please help me haha thanks

aight aight...last bump before i go to bed...hopefully you EastCoast cats can help me...cause i figure you all are sleepin...and cold (i wathched the news today)..
