"Send your valve cover, we charge a flat rate of $45.00 us dollars to cut. This includes UPS Ground shipping. To upgrade for 2nd or next day air please call us or E-mail us for price upgrade. If you send your plastic valve cover insert shield just add $10.00 more."

if you have adjustable cam gears, you can adjust/tune them without taking the valve cover off.

yeah, yeah, yeah...

you can "do it" for free...

"perfectly", i'll bet

sorry - i'm just too **** to have anything less than perfect

----

the point is to allow access to adjust the cam gears without removing the guard or valve cover.

Looks nice...

I'll do mine myself on the CNC machine... but it does look nice...

Or maybe i'll see what a plasma cutter does to an aluminum valve cover...

if I had adj. cam gears I would get a spare valve cover and just cut the whole end piece off altogether, swap that valve cover on during the tuning process, then swap the stock one back on for normal driving. I prefer the stock look, don't need the adj. cam gear bling.

you guys are fools.

its not plastic, its metal. and for everyone who wants to dremel it yourselves i GUARANTEE it wont come out as clean as this was...

$45 to have a job done cleanly and properly is a good price to pay. looks good

ummm wow you charge $10 to cut just the plastic part
