pwr steering and rear disk install....how hard??

im thinking of puchasing a 92 civic cx hatch and it has drums in the rear and it has no power steering....how hard is it to covert to disks in the rear and how hard is it to add in power steering?..what parts would be needed?..thanks alot guyz...i really appreciate it..
