BTW used cars in Japan are dirt cheap, because they cost so much to register.

The front bumper cover is a Mugen or Mugen Style for the 96-98 Civics.

His other posts took forever to load so a lot of people didn't see the additional info, he registered it as a kit car, and insured it as such, the only thing is he has a limit of 12,000 miles a year. It is possible, I have heard the same thing about registering the RHD's from Japan. You don't have as many legal loopholes to jump thru.
