Ford instrument cluster?
Took instrument cluster off my '01 V6 (to take off the goofy indiglo's that kept sticking), and noticed the lovely FORD logo on the cluster. Anyone ever notice this before?

All USDM manufactored Accords (Gen 6) use Ford motorcompay sourced instrument clusters. It's not a bad thing they outsource the parts to Ford. Delphi (GM's old Sister division) is the source for many batteries and V6 eletrical parts. My bud Schmiddy has an all 100% Japanesse built Gen 6 LX sedan US spec car, purchased in Utah. His car has lots of Denso parts found on gen 5 Preludes under the hood of his car. While my USDM EX doesn't have so many. Their is also a model of the Gen 6 4dr that was produced entirely in Mexico but I think those models are exclusively exported to Australia and such but I may be mistaken. Sorry for the winded reply. Odds are likely however that you Accord if Gen 6 was produced in Marysville Ohio like all the rest. But having an all JDM-ish? Sedan would be cool.
