We are going to be making a "small" film of the event. We have all the bases covered but there are only a few of us. If you have a digi cam, anyway you could bring the software and I could get a few more shots for the build.

Also anyone with a cam mount, I would love to throw my cam in your car for a few laps. If thats cool?

I'm going to use J's vid for a few sessions.... I think there will be alot of filming going on....

 

I'll be gald to share any video of the Expo with who ever wants I'll just have to figure out out to e-mail or host the info.

Well, Great response!!. What I will need, if you want you video and pics to be in the promo spots, is to bring your software and cables. My laptop will be on hand, and I will be taking the video right then to start the process of cutting it up and building it.

i may have a sony vaio laptop with me also...don't know if dad will let me bring that...

How important is the audio quality to you? If you want, I can bring some of my audio recording equipment for the event as well. I'm a sound/acoustical engineer, so it's part of my field.

I'd probably have to get a stronger transmitting 802.11 card (with an actual antenna, etc) to keep it from dropping out on the back side of the track, ...

You can definitely use any footage I have from the expo.

 

my camera mount will be in D's car. If he's done for the day or whatever I don't care if others use the mount.

 

We should be able to set up a shared hard drive in conjunction with the wireless net so that most if not all of the pics and vids can be easily located, accessed and shared on the spot. Ed
