Default How sturdy are b16a2 heads?

My gasket blew and my head is filled with a creamy white substance.I drove around for about 5 min with white smoke coming out the tailpipe and engine bay. Should I replace/rebuild my head or is it most likely fine (about 50,000 km)? What problem areas should I look for when I lift my head?

I would get it surfaced the most ten thousandths to just make sure the deck is straight and put it right back on.
