I'm glad you like my work . I went about making that "perfect bronze" with adobe photoshop. Specifically, I used the pen tool to segregate the wheel from the rest of the picture. Once selected, I colorized the selection with a low opacity bronze-ish/brownish color. Once I had the color more or less creamy enough, I went to levels and darkened the dark spots a little bit, added some green and the slightest bit of red with the individual color levels and that was that.

Practice makes perfect

 

Archidictus -that is flawless work -looks awesome -i wish i was that good with paintshop pro, let alone photoshop

 

While you're at it, bronze the center of my stock wheels. Leave the lip polished. And lower it a bit.

Edit: It's hard to see it when it's that small.. Before imagestation shrunk it you could actually see it.. it looks pretty good if you ask me.
