That made no sense. You want people to be honest, but you don't want anyone to tell you they don't like it. If you don't want people to "hate" then don't post it up for all to see.

With that said, I don't like it. Too many clashing colors in the interior, you have a bunch of black CTR pieces on top of the crappy-grey Si interior. The conversion job itself looks to be of good quality work, but I really don't like the conversion because it doesn't flow with the rest of the car. The 6th-gen Civic bodylines are quite different from 5th-gen Civic & 3rd-gen Integra.

And you didn't paint the engine bay!

So IMHO, for the effort, but overall.

it woulda been better if he put on skyline tails and mr2/nsx side skirts and 24" dubs.

heck if you are going for most ugly award, dont do it half assed, do it full assed.

btw, theres a cosmetic forum. only reason i think you posted this thread in here is to indeed, get attention, you attention *****.

I envy the people that go out of their way to wash every nook and crany of thier car. I for one have no patience for that tediouse of thing. From a show aspect your car looks really good. I guess it is really up to you wether you have accomplished what you were going for.

to creativity and good body work.

Personally, I wouldnt have done that to a Civic. Should have started with an Integra chassis. That looks like a mad scientists cloning project gone crazy!!

That looks like a camera.

The ITR Forum seems to have mostly performance-minded people in it, and we basically have no taste whatsoever.

You will probably get better and more reviews in the EG+ Forum and the Appearance Forum.

What suspension does the car have?

Do you track the car at all?
I'm getting sick of this elitist attitude from some ITR guys who like to talk **** on the EG Forum.

I don't go around generalizing all of the ITR guys as elitist ******** who buy JDM bling bling just because they heard it's cool in Japan do I?

No.

Why must some of you ITR guys talk bad about the EG+Civic Forum guys. We have some really nice performance-oriented cars there, and contrary to some of your beliefs it's NOT just another appearance forum.

Last time I checked the quickest ECHC car was not an ITR, but an EG hatch, right? Sure Jack doesn't post in our forum, but the point still stands that the EG guys can be as much about performance as the ITR guys.

I'm not trying to start an EG forum vs. ITR forum war, but I'm just trying to figure out what the back-handed comments from two forum mods (Reid and now Granpa) about the EG forum are all about.

You guys act like this forum is 100% tech or something, when in fact it most certainly is not.

Topics like "Bored, took pics of my wet R", "ITR#455 meets ITR#276 - PICS Inside!", and "Look at my JDM Blinb Bling" don't inspire to much track-talk do they?

Look at your page one topics - need I say more?

Oh and by the way:

If that crap was posted in the EG forum I'd move it to the Appearance/Cosmetic Forum in a heartbeat.

We like more tech-inspring topics rather than just show stuff.

...and I'm not talking trash on that car either. I met the owner at the NOPI show in 2002 and he was cool and the car looks pretty nice.

I certainly think that all jdm bling threads should be moved to the appearance forum. I also want to note that of us ITR forum regulars read the EG forum and find it full of good info.

Chris - who wishes all the jdm front end and 'pics of my jdm goodness' threads would disappear from this forum.
