You do not have to replace the trailing arms
You DO have to replace the rear lower control arms
I just helped " EF8_FAN " do his.
We found 88 civic USDM 4door rear lower control arms from a junk yard for $30. I was told you can use 97- ITR control RLCA but I don't know for sure.
