Hey,

Actually i couldn't justify spending all the $ on the real one and still having to custom fit it

i paid 140 shipped via ebay (makautotrends i believe)
than paid 300 for custom fitting and painting

i wanted no gaps and everything is mint
LED is fully functional and fits perfectly

if u need anything else just PM me

Looks good, but every part is appearance and nothing performance

Also, off the topic a bit, but what are the RSX/EP3 forum rules about posts of this nature? I'm seeing more and more of them... ok if it is allowed, but how strict are we going to be?

Yes your 100% right
rather than put a 200 dollar AEM CAi for 4.7 whp
or a catback for a few more
i opted for the hard to find exterior and looks

than as the car progresses perhaps go turbo or JRSC maybe even hondata
as the mileage gets higher perhaps a RSX typeS swap BUT
its only a few months old and i can justify ripping apart my brand new car for a
"few hp"

Like I have said before, some people show and others race. It's all prefrence when it comes down to it. I myself am going the race route. I have installed many lighter parts on my car and even drive around with 2 seats in it. No back seat, no spare tire, no sub just the metal in the rear hatch. If he wants to go show let him do what HE wants to do to HIS car that he paid for. Don't try and rip someone because his prefrences are different then the majority here.

Good luck with you car bro and it looks nice as hell. Something about a white car just looks so sweet.. hhmm.. maybe because my car is white.lol.. get a cf hood bro and complete the look.

I was trying to steer him toward the appearance forum for posts of this nature, so don't jump down my throat. After all, is that not where it belongs? If I wanted to see a EP3 with JDM sideskirts on it, that's where I'd look. You do realize that some forums will dock points for posts like this, right? Personally, I don't care, as I stated before.

As well, I said nothing downgrading (or ripping) what he did. You may question $200 for 5hp with an AEM, but I could say much the same about $500 for "JDM headlights". Did I? No. Don't be so defensive folks.

Todd, right now at this point in time there are not a lot of engine mods for the EP3. I agree with Type X on the fact that its kinda stupid to spend $200 on some intake that might gain you a tenth of a second in the quarter when you can put the money into a wing that will make your car look a lot better. Once the aftermarket scene for the EP3 expands more then it is today, such as with turbos and superchargers, and just better engine mods in general, then Type X and many other EP owners, including myself, will purchase engine mods. Also, I know that I'd rather have fun with my stock engine before I go and start messing around with it. But everyone has their own opinion, so thats just my 2 cents.
