I was just so excited about this, that I had to share. The starter on my recently aquired 89 DX crapped the bed last night. Replaced the battery only to find out it was definitley the starter. So, I had the starter from my 98 DX sitting in a box in the basement since I did a B16A2 swap in that car. I removed the 89 starter and much to my satisfaction, the starter was identical to the one from my 98. Put it in along with the new battery and all is good now. It saved me a bunch of money and down time too! I love Honda interchangability
