Energy Suspension: What is this in detail?

I pulled this straight from there website. Does this go on top of the strut mount area?

1990-01 Front Shock Upper & Lower Bushing Set 16.8102
1990-01 Rear Shock Upper & Lower Bushing Set 16.8103

the bushing that goes into the LCA and the bushing that goes into the hat

So it has nothing to do with the upper strut mount?

upper strut mount?
i am referring to the hat or cap that goes on top of the spring and bolts to the car.
