Default Reccomendations for new aftermarket clutches?????

Hey guys well im thinking about changing out my clutch on my 96 teg RS, my main questions are what brand to go with, and which one will give me the best performance for street and track applications, and how much an average shop will charge me to put it in, or if anyone has installed one themselves how hard is it to put one in???

What are your power goals? I'd personally gravitate towards an ACT stage 3 clutch. Shops charge a pretty penny to put one in, and I think if you have a helms at your side, youll be able to do it...but it all depends upon your mechanical ability. So, two questions - how much power will you be making, and how is your mechanical ability?

Clutch install? Took my and my homie 4 hours. He was doing most of the work, I was just doing what he told me. Seemed pretty hard to me though.

Well im going to school for autotech, and im taking a class right now for manual transmissions, so i could find out how to do anything really in class, as far as power goes, right now i have pretty much everything you can do to my engine without going internal, CAI, Apexi WS Cat, test pipe, DC 4-1 Headers, thanks
