Default Fuel Press. Reg.'s, Fuel Rails, Pumps, and Injectors

If I get a better fuel pump or a booster does that change my a/f ratio? When dyno tuning do you adjust your fuel press. reg. to adjust your a/f ratio? Does changing out the fuel rail or injectors change the a/f ratio? I would like to upgrade my fuel system to avoid detonation w/ n20 but would like to find out if I need lots of tuning after this.

in the meantime... you can properly reset the ECU to let it recalibrate itself
