ok lets start by your code 10 check and recheck your wiring on your intake i had the same thing and it was my wiring i had the wrong wires on the drivers side intake check your colors it`s got to be something easy buy your over looking it now your code 8 don`t your run wires in to the ecu for that maybe you got them backwards.it1s been a year since i did my swap but i know what your going through my biggest problom way i had the plug wires on backwards i sware the distibtor turned the other way.. well good luck
I just fixed my code 10 yesterday. I have a 88' dx with a LS-Vtec in it running a pr3 ecu. I had the exact same prob as you. Try taking the black wire on the IAT sensor plug and splicing into it and then taking it over to the black wire on the coolant temp sensor. Then reset the ecu and start it. See if this takes care of your prob. Thats what I had to do and it took me 2 weeks of research to find out that this prob is caused while going from DPI to MPFI if you dont have good connections in your wiring.
